The online platform helps mothers quickly get their businesses out into the world and in front of customers, via a simple but professional website that can be completed in an hour, and a built-in community that’s excited to support mother-owned businesses. Pepperlane is helping women break the outdated rule that says mothers can't do what they love AND have time for their families, or that flexible employment is limited to only a few skill sets.

Prior to her work at Pepperlane, Pamela was a Director for Stella and Dot, a social selling company that creates flexible entrepreneurial opportunities for women. There she managed an international team that won one of the company's highest team honors: Top Productivity Award. She coached and mentored women on beginning and building their own independent businesses. She was also CEO and founder of her own accessories company; vice president of a market research consulting firm; and marketing specialist for a management consulting firm.
