Join Tim Caldwell and Jim Hayes, two members of Takeda's Crisis Management Team, for a look at how Takeda has navigated operations during the pandemic. They will address questions about how operations and facilities needed changing, the challenges of managing a remote work force, keeping employees safe as they come back to the campus to work and other pieces of this new working world. 

Tim Caldwell is a Senior Director and Head of Facilities and Engineering and Jim Hayes is the Head of Environmental and Health Safety at Takeda's MA Biologics Unit in Lexington. Tim also serves as a board member for the Chamber.
