About Us

Founded in November 2024, Colby & Co. Psychological Services, PLLC has continued to blossom in Lexington, Massachusetts, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and transitional age youth. The practice specializes in anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and specific phobias, offering support that empowers clients to build resilience, courage, and confidence.

Owner, Dr. Kelly Ann Colby, Psy.D.,, is a licensed clinical psychologist who tailors treatment to the unique strengths and needs of every client. She provides individualized care for those with co-occurring diagnoses such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and takes a thoughtful, identity-affirming approach when working with international students, neurodivergent youth, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Colby believes therapy should feel both meaningful and human—rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and warmth.

Dr. Colby earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Health Psychology. She completed her APA-accredited internship in Leavenworth, Kansas, where she worked with individuals from diverse cultural, spiritual, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Following internship, she completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the CBTeam in Lexington, MA, receiving advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD.
